As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol Driver in Santa Rosa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a highly visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and service-minded support. You will document and communicate observations, respond to calls for assistance, and complete driving duties as needed, reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture and integrity-driven teamwork.

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance when needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting notable conditions and/or hazards per post orders.Control access at assigned points by monitoring authorized entry, assisting with visitor direction, and reporting suspicious activity and/or unauthorized persons.Complete required reports and logs such as incident documentation, patrol activity notes, and shift handoff information, while supporting confidentiality expectations for a healthcare location.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card/license is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
