As a Screener with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage entry screening, and support access control with badges and check-in procedures. You will remain highly visible, monitor assigned areas, and complete routine patrols and reporting using computer or tablet tools. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Screen individuals entering the facility by verifying identification, managing sign-in and badge issuance, and directing visitors to the appropriate contact or area.Conduct entry screening activities such as observing for prohibited items, following package and bag inspection protocols when required, and helping to deter unauthorized access.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting details, and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.Complete regular and random patrols of public areas, lobbies, and perimeter points as assigned, reporting maintenance concerns and security-related irregularities according to post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of security experience.Be 21+ years of age.Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.Have customer service experience, preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
