Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing and/or service areas, parking lots, loading zones, and the outer perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.Control access to the property by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorized access, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors to proper check-in locations.Monitor security-related cameras, alarms, and other systems as assigned and report irregular activity according to site procedures.Complete routine foot and/or vehicle patrol checks of doors, gates, and restricted areas and report maintenance or security-related concerns.Document patrol activities, incidents, and daily observations in written reports and/or electronic systems per site requirements.Provide traffic and pedestrian flow support as needed during shift changes and peak activity times, following site-specific direction.Communicate with site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate and assist with evacuation and/or shelter-in-place procedures when directed.Maintain a professional presence, follow post orders, and support a respectful workplace while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity.Minimum Requirements:
