Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Carry and maintain authorized armed equipment in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal protocols; use sound judgment and a calm, professional presence.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or unauthorized access; working environments and conditions may vary by site.Monitor alarms, access points, and surveillance systems where assigned, and complete routine security-related checks of doors, cash handling areas, and other restricted spaces per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions, notify appropriate personnel, and coordinate with law enforcement and/or emergency services when required.Minimum Requirements:
Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.Be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
