As a Security Officer - Armed Foot Patrol in Neenah, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor activity, complete routine rounds, document observations, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate and within post orders.Control access at designated entrances, verify identification and/or credentials, and monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, including support for shipping and receiving operations as assigned.Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision, and assist with asset protection activities such as employee and/or contractor escorts when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.Be at least 21 years of age.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
