Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, ATM and vestibule areas, and perimeter, adjusting patrol patterns based on observed conditions.Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor activity, and documenting entries and exits per site procedures.Complete required reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.Be at least 21 years of age.Customer service experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
