As a Security Officer - Storefront Patrol Driver in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the retail environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment for patrons and staff.Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to management and/or local authorities as directed.Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activities.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and retail staff to address security-related issues and provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Minimum Requirements:
