As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge activity, use a computer and/or tablet for reports, and provide clear customer service to team members and visitors. Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, and operational disruptions such as dock and yard issues.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including exterior perimeter areas, parking areas, loading docks, trailer rows, and interior common areas as assigned.Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to approved locations based on site procedures.Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns through the proper channels.Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, documenting incidents, patrol observations, visitor activity, and dispatch communications in a timely manner.Support shipping and receiving operations by observing for unauthorized access, loitering, and unusual activity near freight, equipment, and restricted areas, and escalating concerns per post orders.Conduct vehicle and pedestrian checks when assigned, including checking inbound and outbound traffic flow for compliance with site rules and reporting irregularities.Provide assistance during emergency response activities, including guiding evacuations, securing affected areas, and coordinating with local responders as directed.Communicate professionally with site leadership and Allied Universal management, following the chain of command and supporting site-specific security-related initiatives.Minimum Requirements:
