Key Responsibilities

You will support the Regional Security Director with day-to-day operational activities and regional security program execution.You will assist in coordinating and tracking security initiatives, including action items, risks, and follow-ups.You will serve as a backup point of contact for security-related queries from sites across Europe.You will support crisis preparedness and response activities in collaboration with regional teams, including exercises and after-action reviews.You will assist with monitoring security incidents and preparing summaries, dashboards, and trend reporting for regional leadership.You will support regional and global security initiatives such as travel risk management, business continuity activities, and physical security assessments.You will assist with coordination of vendors or small security-related projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.You are able to work approximately 20–24 hours per week alongside your academic schedule.You are studying Security Studies, Risk Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint and AI tools.You are able to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Desired Qualifications

You have prior internship, academic project, or student leadership experience involving coordination, reporting, or analysis.You have a basic understanding of incident management, crisis response, or business continuity concepts.You are comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment across time zones.Additional European languages are a plus.You demonstrate a proactive mindset and interest in security, risk, or resilience-related topics.
