Description

Company is looking for an Install Technician that has experience installing troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. Need to have system knowledge access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management. Troubleshoot and program networked IP video and Access control. Installing commercial alarm systems and IoT systems. The Service Techs will need to provide customer service.

•\tPerform installation work as designated in a profitable and proper manner. Using mainly Bosch, Lenel/S2, OpenPath, Gentec, etc..

•\tPerform preventive maintenance work in accordance with the service program designated for a specific customer.

•\tMaintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with the established procedure.

•\tKeep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.

•\tMaintain company vehicles, tools, and other property in a proper manner.

•\tPresent neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies.

•\tMaintain adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log.

•\tTest equipment before leaving job site; perform a safety check.

•\tMaintain good customer relations and customer service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•\tHigh school diploma or GED

•\tValid state driver’s license without restrictions

•\t1-5 year of alarm or electrical installation/service experience

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•\tPrior experience servicing or installing automated doors

•\tPrior experience dealing in electrical, HVAC, construction, or communication field

•\tAbility to clearly interpret and read blueprints

•\tExcellent Oral & Written communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
