As a Security Guards - Manufacturing Site - Weekdays in Martin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an industrial manufacturing location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.Complete detailed and accurate reports related to daily activities and incidents.Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client.Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits during patrols.Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
