As a Security Guard - Warehouse Entry Screening in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain smooth operations by screening employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials, monitoring access points, and documenting security-related activity. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service. Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Screen employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors as they enter and exit the facility, following site access rules and shipping and receiving protocols.Verify identification, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation, and direct individuals to the appropriate check-in, dock, or staging area.Operate and monitor access control points, including truck gates, employee entrances, and visitor check-in areas, to help maintain orderly site flow.Inspect bags, packages, and personal items as required by post orders, using approved screening methods and equipment.Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, check trailers and seals when assigned, and help maintain organized yard and dock operations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.Document screening results, incidents, and unusual activity in daily logs and incident reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by client site.Use radio and/or telephone communications to coordinate with site contacts and Allied Universal supervision regarding access issues, incidents, and operational needs.Minimum Requirements:
