As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver EMT in Ogden, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, supporting mobile patrols and quick response across the site. You will deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while working with a team that values integrity, reliability, and a people-first culture.

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, post orders, and emergency response protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and verify identification, visitor logs, deliveries, and contractor check-in procedures in accordance with client policies and Allied Universal guidelines.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.Complete detailed shift logs and incident reports, communicate noteworthy information during shift changes, and report maintenance or security-related concerns through the proper channels.Minimum Requirements:
An EMT Certification is required.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
