What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate promptly with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.Monitor access points by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, and documenting deliveries and departures according to site requirements.Complete detailed reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and assist with initial information gathering for investigations when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
