Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and credentials as required for entry.Assist with the management of visitor logs and issue visitor badges when applicable.Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Communicate professionally with building staff, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance.Support emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with building management and first responders.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.Minimum Requirements:
