As a Security Guard - Unarmed Bike Patrol in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.Monitor access points and observe activity via tours and/or CCTV where applicable, reporting irregular conditions and completing required logs and incident reports.Support property operations by communicating professionally, assisting with directions and tenant questions, and escalating policy violations to management and/or law enforcement when required.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
