**The Work:**
Duties will include but are not limited to:
The F\-35 Program Security Generalist is a critical position located at Marine Corps Air Station \(MCAS\) Beaufort, SC\. As an F\-35 Security Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the sustainment security efforts of the F\-35 program and interact daily with key government stakeholders and active duty USMC personnel with poise, confidence, and professionalism\. Duties involve controlling and managing unclassified and classified material, as well as providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities \(SAPFs\)\. You will also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all F\-35 areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to SAPFs\. Additionally, you will aid and support classified meetings, and may be required to provide security briefings as necessary\. Your responsibilities will also include managing personnel files, including visitor access requests, program access requests, and file reviews\. You will perform other security duties as necessary and provide support to other Special Access Programs as needed\. This position will primarily be assigned to first shift, but may require flexibility to work other shifts, including weekends, to support mission events\. Occasional business travel, to include deployment and detachment support in arduous or austere locations, may be required to support F\-35 security operations outside of MCAS Beaufort, SC\.

We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export\-controlled data\. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk\. Our team members serve as Contractor Special Access Program Security Officers \(CSSOs\) and Security Generalists, providing support for Special Access Programs \(SAPs\) and DOD collateral classified programs\. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security policy \(DoD Manual 5205\.07/JSIG\)\. We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
1\. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation \(CE\) program\.
2\. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation \(CE\) program if and when local mission requirements dictate\.
3\. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs \(SAPs\)\.
4\. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information \(SCI\) if/when mission requirements dictate\.
5\. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials\.
6\. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills\.
7\. Basic knowledge of DoD Manual 5205\.07, DoD Manual 5200\.01 Volumes 1\-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications\.
8\. Works well independently and in group settings\.
**Desired Skills:**
1\. Knowledge of F\-35 Program Security requirements\.
2\. Broad experience with U\.S\. Military installation access requirements\.
3\. Broad experience working in Special Access Programs\.
4\. Prior experience with GSA containers and document control\.
5\. Experience working in a dynamic Military environment and be able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking USMC commissioned officers and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism\.
6\. Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military flying operations environment\. Previous experience in military leadership and decision\-making roles would be beneficial\.
7\. Familiarization with Defense Information System for Security \(DISS\)\.
8\. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products\.
9\. Access Control and Physical Security experience\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
