Our client is seeking a Security Analyst to join their team. As a Security Analyst, you will be part of the Security & Accounts Management team supporting the organization’s cybersecurity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security challenges, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Security Analyst** **Location: Madison, WI** **Onsite or Remote?** Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. 1st Day in the office will be in the office for Equipment pickup. Position onwards will be remote. May be required to come into the office for special needs. In the past 2 years, staff has only been in office 1 time. **Duration:** **3+ months (with highly possible extension / conversion)** **What's the Job?** + Coordinate account provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintenance for various platforms and applications within the organization. + Utilize security rules to grant or revoke access to applications, servers, and group folders, ensuring compliance with security standards. + Collaborate with account management staff to respond promptly to customer requests and resolve access issues. + Create and maintain security rules, policies, and procedures to uphold organizational security standards. + Participate in system and application testing, troubleshooting, and integration planning related to access management. **What's Needed?** + 4-7 years of experience in account management, security systems, or related fields. + Experience coordinating security activities, including access provisioning and de-provisioning. + Knowledge of security rules, policies, and standards for managing user access. + Ability to create, update, and audit security rules and procedures. + Strong communication skills to inform and educate customers about security procedures and policies.
