Job Title: Securities Administration Services Analyst 2Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage large loan portfolios and facilitate bond and loan calculations extracted from extensive legal documents. You will be responsible for uploading these calculations into a database and handling transactions, reconciling daily cash, and reporting on monthly and quarterly cash positions for loan holders and investors. Your role will include pulling client data from documents to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities + Extract bond and loan calculations from large legal documents. + Upload calculations into a database. + Manage large loan portfolios and transactions. + Balance and reconcile daily cash. + Report on monthly and quarterly cash positions. + Ensure accuracy by pulling client data from documents. Essential Skills + Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sorting, formulas, and functions. + At least 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting, or analytical analysis, or a BS/BA degree in Math, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic knowledge of Access is a plus. + Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is advantageous. + BA or BS in Business, mathematics, computer science, finance, statistics. + Candidates with extracurricular activities or internships during schooling are preferred. + Technical aptitude and readiness to learn are essential. Work Environment Currently, candidates will work fully remotely, with a plan to return to the office in September, transitioning to a hybrid model with 2 days in the office per week at a downtown St. Paul location. Once converted, the schedule will consist of 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday to Thursday).
