As the Global Head of On-Balance Sheet Liquidity Product, you will lead innovation through product development and feature delivery that meets client needs globally. You will challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. The team manages a $225BN+ deposit book and $1.5BN of overdrafts, providing interest and liquidity solutions across 425,000+ demand deposit accounts in 70+ currencies.
Job responsibilities:
Lead a global team of Product Managers across Luxembourg, London, and New York. Manage liability and asset product solutions, partnering with JPM Payments. Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers. Own product performance and drive enhancements to achieve business objectives. Shape the future of balance management and projections for Securities Services clients. Lead as the subject matter expert on Deposit products, ensuring pricing reflects Central Bank actions. Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap. Own and develop a demand roadmap supporting strategic roadmap and value proposition. Build the framework and track product's key success metrics. Leverage data to provide insights on portfolio trends and set action plans. Partner with Solutions and Balance Sheet Management colleagues to develop pricing models and tools.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
10+ years of experience in Securities Services or deposit and liquidity management. Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders. Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of material changes in operating model. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience as a people manager. Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics. Product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
