Job Title: Securities Analyst II
Job Description
This position is in the Securities Administration Services (SAS) group, where you will be responsible for processing complex transactions or reconcilements related to loan or security payments. You will provide remittance and correction information to servicers and monitor and analyze pooled loans to determine non-compliance, communicating relevant information to investors.
Responsibilities
Provide remittance and correction information to servicers.Monitor and analyze pooled loans for non-compliance and communicate findings to investors.Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with agreements.Participate in system enhancements by attending user groups and testing.Identify and communicate processing exceptions relevant to portfolios.Maintain expertise in areas such as Collateral, Securities, Default, or Trust Administration.Train and review the work of junior staff.Propose and implement automated solutions.Essential Skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and V Look Up.Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or related field.Strong skills in business analysis, finance, and data interpretation.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferably 1+ year of experience in Financial Services, including internships.Work Environment
The work environment is team-oriented and task-based, with a hybrid schedule offering remote flexibility. Some training and large team meetings will be on-site monthly. The role requires working with multiple database systems, including Microsoft Excel, in a deadline-driven environment that may necessitate overtime. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
