Crouse Health’s Addiction Treatment Services Team is hiring a Part Time Secretary.
Schedule:
Pay Range: $19.25 - $28.99 / hourly
Secretary Position Responsibilities:
Performs general secretarial, administrative, clerical, statistical and data entry functions specific to the assigned work area. This may include but is not limited to: transcribing dictation, performing word processing, coordinating requests for services, scheduling, and assisting with patient billing activities. Establishes and maintains good communication with other hospital departments, physicians, employees, patients, visitors and the general public.Secretary Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must pass a medical terminology test with a minimum grade of 75% (required for secretaries working in clinical areas). Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in secretarial/receptionist/office work necessary. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and other department-specific computer programs required. Must be able to type a minimum of 45 adjusted words per minute. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.Benefits Overview:
