Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Secret IT Specialist Mid to support one of our federal clients in Philadelphia. Responsibilities will include:  • Support software development projects by assisting with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.  • Design and implement IT solutions using software development life cycle methodologies.  • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and define project scope, plans, and deliverables.  • Collect and organize user and IT requirements; ensure solutions meet expectations.  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.  • Monitor project performance using metrics and maintain system documentation.  • Ensure security, integrity, and business continuity controls.  • Analyze and resolve technical issues using appropriate tools.  • Stay current on emerging technologies and participate in special studies. $29.32/hr to $33.45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
