Job Description
An employer in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Secret Desktop Support for a contract opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will be supporting an intelligence alliance between multiple nations, handling technical issues related to email, chat, web access, infrastructure, user accounts, and other core IT systems. In this Tier 1 support role, you will receive tickets in ServiceNow that submitted from various sources, assess the nature of each issue in, and determine the appropriate next steps for resolution. This position requires an active Secret Clearance and will operate on a second‑shift schedule from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Skills and Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
3+ years of working experience (IT preferred)
Experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc)
Bachelor's Degree (or 6 years of additional working experience in lieu of Experience with Intel
