2nd Shift Machine Operator
Manufacturing Facility | Afternoon/Evening Shift

We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Machine Operators to join our 2nd shift production team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who are interested in operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Shift:
• 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
• Schedule may include Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday

Pay:
• $18.00/hour to start
• $20.10/hour after hire-in
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Perform quality checks and basic measurements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

Qualifications (Required):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift hours

Preferred (Not Required):
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
