SEC Reporting Manager
We are Hiring a SEC Reporting Manager to Join Our Team! We’re seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead our external reporting efforts and help shape the financial narrative of a company making a real impact. What You’ll Do + Lead SEC Filings: Own the preparation and submission of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in full compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP. + Ensure Financial Accuracy: Oversee the timely and precise preparation of financial statements and disclosures. + Be a Technical Accounting Expert: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensation. + Drive Compliance: Maintain SOX compliance and support both internal and external audit processes. + Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverables. + Innovate & Improve: Continuously enhance reporting processes and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements. What You Bring + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required. + Experience: 5–7+ years in SEC reporting, with a mix of public and private accounting experience (Big 4 preferred). + Expertise: + Deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting tools + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Skills + SEC Reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) + US GAAP & XBRL + SOX Compliance & Internal Controls + Financial Statement Preparation & Disclosures + Revenue Recognition & Technical Accounting + Audit Support & ERP Systems (NetSuite preferred) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
