Key ResponsibilitiesLead SEC Filings: Own the preparation and submission of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in full compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP.Ensure Financial Accuracy: Manage the timely and precise preparation of financial statements, ensuring consistency and transparency.Provide Technical Expertise: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation.Enhance Internal Controls: Maintain SOX compliance and support both internal and external audit processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverables and strategic initiatives.Drive Process Improvement: Continuously refine reporting workflows and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive experience in SEC reporting, with a blend of public and private accounting (Big 4 experience strongly preferred).Technical Skills:Deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL taggingProficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
