Jefferson Wells is seeking an SEC Reporting Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR and experience using Workiva. **Job Title:** SEC Reporting Manager **Location:** Irvine, CA **Pay Range:** $85 to $100 an hour, 3+ month project **What's the Job?** + Prepare and file quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and annual reports on Form 10-K with the SEC. + Oversee the accounting for the company's capital structure, including debt and equity. + Prepare financial statements, Notes, and MD&A. + Compile and prepare the statement of cash flows. + Prepare Form 8-K for quarterly earnings releases and related investor presentation materials. **What's Needed?** + 7-10 years of experience in SEC reporting and financial statement preparation. + B.S. with concentration in accounting + Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. + Experience using **Workiva** for reporting purposes. + Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside finance. + Expertise in accounting for stock-based compensation.
