A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Employment & Trade Secrets Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to represent innovative technology and life sciences companies in high-stakes employment litigation, counseling, and corporate transactions.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing 2–3 years of substantive experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling Experience handling cases involving restrictive covenants, trade secret disputes, and other employment-related litigation Background advising clients on terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, and employment policies Familiarity with employment issues in M&A and other corporate transactions preferred Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills Commitment to in-person collaboration in the firm’s Seattle office
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers in employment law disputes, including trade secret and non-compete litigation Provide day-to-day counseling to fast-growing companies on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks Conduct internal investigations and advise on workforce management issues Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related mattersWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
