This is your chance to make a real impact on people’s lives while working in a supportive, fun environment. ### Minimum Education Required High School/GED ### Minimum Experience Required What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who has: • Basic Math & Data Entry Skills – You will be assisting with basic math and data entry as a part of the intake process. • Strong Office Skills and Computer Proficiency – Ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and other basic computer skills • Ability to handle high call volume – Ability to provide polite, friendly customer service over the phone, to all participants • Strong attention to detail and adaptability • Customer service mindset – Must show a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting, assisting clients from a variety of backgrounds • Tax Knowledge and/or IRS Certifification (Preferred) – experience in taxes or IRS certification is a plus, but we will provide training! • Availability for some travel may be required (agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement) What You'll Do • Welcome clients and manage the check-in process • Review and verify documentation • Create a friendly, professional experience for every client Schedule Hours vary and include days, evenings, and Saturdays.
