Description The Seasonal Trainer is responsible for the execution of Behind the Smile, a new Tier 1 new hire onboarding program within NACF, with a focus on providing a welcoming, exciting, and engaging new hire experience. The Seasonal Trainer plays a key role in driving the success of the onboarding program by supporting new hires in acclimating to their roles and feeling connected to Amazon culture. The Seasonal Trainer also works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants and associates to constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned. To succeed, the Seasonal Trainer will need to communicate effectively, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. Full shift flexibility including holidays, nights and weekends is needed for this role. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.50/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $24/hr in our highest geographic market.
