This is a seasonal/temporary position to provide vacation relief. Seasonal hires will work as many weeks as their school schedule will allow. 

Job Description:

General cleanup Removal of wood waste and debris Pulling and sorting graded lumber from moving conveyor Relieving operators as needed Ability to use a variety of tools such as: shovel, air hose, broom, rake, and wheel barrel

 

Basic Qualifications:

Must be available to work any shift:  Days, Swing, Graveyard, Relief Must be able to continuously stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, stoop, twist, climb, and reach above shoulders safely Occasionally lift over 50 pounds at a time Must be able to successfully pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and criminal background check

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in production environment Consistent work history

 

Schedule:

Seasonal employees could be assigned to any shift below: 

Sawmill production is Mon-Fri days or swing Planer production four 10’s on days (Mon-Thurs) Swing (Tues – Fri) Rotate Fri & Sat day shift & Sun & Mon swing shift Cleanup/Security will include graveyard and weekends
