**The Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SEA Lead to join our team. As the single point of contact for a key client in the Pharmaceutical Industry, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing the execution of facilities management activities across Southeast Asia.
**A typical day may involve:**
Managing diverse facilities operations, including:
+ Overseeing building operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and CBRE standards.
+ Developing and executing facilities management strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
+ Managing budgets, tracking performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
+ Overseeing project management, including capital projects and renovations.
+ Ensuring the implementation of environmental, health, and safety procedures.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Developing and implementing facilities management strategies that drive operational efficiency and client value, including:
+ Managing vendor relationships and performance.
+ Implementing and maintaining facility-related systems and tools.
+ Identifying and implementing process improvements.
+ Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Managing and maintaining strong client relationships, including:
+ Serving as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters.
+ Proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
+ Providing regular reporting and updates on facilities performance.
**Requirements**
+ 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong focus on operations and a proven track record of leadership.
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration)
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills
+ Experience with facilities management systems and tools
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
+ Experience managing facilities and teams across multiple geographies, ideally including Southeast Asia and/or Pacific regions.
