Job Description We are seeking highly experienced, transformative Scrum Masters who can immediately step in and lead multiple Agile teams without a transition period. We have recently migrated from Azure DevOps to Jira, so candidates must be fully proficient in Jira from day one and capable of guiding teams through this change. The ideal candidate has a strong background supporting automation-focused work— including RPA, AI, agentic workflows, and web application development—and can play a key role in accelerating our Agile transformation. Team Leadership & Delivery • Lead 4+ Scrum teams to ensure consistent, predictable delivery • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews/demos, retros) • Remove impediments and keep teams aligned to commitments Coaching & Agile Enablement • Coach teams on Agile mindset, Scrum principles, and iterative delivery • Reinforce strong story definition, acceptance criteria, estimation, and continuous improvement • Drive the transition from waterfall to true Agile practices Jira Expertise & Adoption • Train teams on Jira workflows, dashboards, and processes • Standardize templates and definitions of done • Partner with leadership to improve Jira governance and reporting Planning & Forecasting • Manage backlogs and prioritization with Product Owners • Support sprint planning and quarterly forecasting • Maintain healthy, well groomed backlogs Risk Management & Communication • Escalate risks, blockers, and delivery concerns early • Provide clear, timely updates to leadership • Promote transparency and cross team communication We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 8+ years of experience serving as a dedicated Scrum Master • Proven experience supporting 4+ Scrum teams simultaneously • Expert-level Jira proficiency, including workflows, boards, reporting, and coaching teams post-migration • Hands-on experience with automation-related specifically with RPA and Agentic AI • Strong background in software development environments, including web application delivery • Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation from waterfall to Agile • Ability to quickly assess team needs, identify impediments, and remove blockers • Strong coaching, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and communication skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams through change and continuous improvement • Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and iterative delivery
