Scrum Master - INTL - LATAM
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who is passionate about coaching teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader—guiding Scrum teams in embracing Agile values and principles, facilitating collaboration, and helping them reach higher levels of performance and self-organization. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and motivating teams to refine and improve their ways of working, facilitating key Scrum events and decision-making processes, and proactively removing impediments that hinder delivery. You will also play a critical role in helping teams identify improvement opportunities, adopt new practices, and track progress over time. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for one or more cross-functional Agile teams • Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, SAFe, and related methodologies (e.g. Kanban) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience removing team impediments, and coaching teams toward high performance • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
