Job Description As the Scrum Master, you’ll lead and coach one or more Agile teams, facilitating time boxed, outcome focused ceremonies (planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retros) while raising maturity across teams and stakeholders in line with Scrum values and roles. You’ll own flow and transparency in Jira/Confluence, building JQL filters, boards, and dashboards to surface WIP, spillover, blockers, escaped defects, and SLA views, and use those insights to remove impediments in partnership with engineering, product, design, security, and vendors, escalating risks early with data. You’ll drive continuous improvement through meaningful metrics (throughput, cycle/lead time, predictability, WIP, quality signals), experimentation, and coaching; support the Product Owner with backlog hygiene, prioritization, and clear definitions of ready and done; coordinate dependencies and releases across teams (including Scrum or SAFe/LeSS environments); and ensure teams follow secure SDLC, change management, and documentation practices. Skills and Requirements MUST HAVES: • Scrum Master certification required (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe SSM). • 3–7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software or data/analytics teams. • Advanced Jira skills, including JQL to create reusable filters, boards, dashboards, and reports. • Proven track record improving flow, predictability, and quality in an Agile environment. • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
