Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 6 months Overview: Provides servant leadership and coaching to multiple cross-functional agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Promotes continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and self-organization while ensuring visibility of team progress and impediments to stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: Coach and guide teams using agile best practices to build high-performing teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and transparency. Remove impediments and coordinate across teams and stakeholders. Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters. Partner with Agile Leaders to strengthen Agile adoption across the organization. Support learning opportunities such as communities of practice and training. Ensure adherence to company risk, regulatory, and internal control standards. Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Supports multiple agile teams through coaching and influence to ensure alignment with agile principles and organizational goals. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No direct reports; leads through influence, accountability, and ownership in an agile environment. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years on an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education and Experience Preferred: Experience in multiple technology team roles. Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices. Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead through influence.
