A day in the Life:

Guide the team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Remove impediments that block the team's progress

Shield the team from external distractions to ensure efficiency

Education

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. - Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). PMP would be good to have. - Experience in software development or IT project management.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This position mainly involves working in the office with intermittent needs to participate in off-site meetings or events. The office setting fosters a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, promoting agile methodologies and team collaboration.

As a project Manager , the candidate should possess strong project management fundamentals, including scope, estimation, scheduling, tracking, risk and issue management etc.

The project involves multiple tracks. Experience of managing multiple tracks and integration teams is required.

Experience of managing data project would be an advantage.
