Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a mid-level Scrum Master to join their team. This team is made up of BAs, testers, and developers that sit fully onsite in Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate with have extensive knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for managing sprints, running daily team stand ups, overseeing planning sessions, creating and managing backlogs, and tracking reporting. The ideal candidate will come from a web or application development background. Excellent communication and team collaboration will be critical for this opportunity. Compensation: $60/hr. -- 68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements • 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, IT PM, or Agile Delivery Coach • Overseeing daily scrum activities in both Waterfall and Agile environments • Experience running ceremonies, daily standups, and managing sprints • Experience working Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira • Experience with general clean up and maintenance of systems • Experience managing help desk boards and creating processes • Background ideally is web/application development
