ProcessImprovement&Metrics: + Tracking and reporting on sprint health, velocity, and critical metrics / burn-down charts to key partners, + Identifyingand implementing Agile process improvements to boost efficiency and team morale, + Ensuring that the teams practices evolve with changing priorities and business needs. StakeholderCommunication: + Serving as a bridge between business and technical teams, translatingneedsand resolving misalignments quickly. We are looking for people who have: + Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related), + 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technology-driven organization, + Proventrack recordof supportingproductandengineeringteams delivering web and mobile applications, + Experience working inmulti team andcustomer-centric product environments,experience in ad-tech orientedprojectscan bea plus, + Strong familiarity with Agile metrics, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), and team collaboration frameworks, + Superb communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, + Passion for enablingthe teamsuccess, + Enthusiastic about encouraging an inclusive, agile culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement, + Experience working with distributed orhybridteams in a fast-paced, iterative environment, + Familiarity with ad tech, A/B testing, personalization, or growth engineering is a plus.
