Our client, a leading organization in enterprise data and technical program management, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Data and Technology Support team supporting enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Scrum Master
**Location:** Burbank, CA - Hybrid 3 days on-site
**Pay Range:** $80- $85 an hourly W2
Core skills:
Senior Scrum Master with 5+ years supporting enterprise data and cloud platforms, strong AWS and microservices exposure, experienced in media or financial systems, and skilled at driving agile delivery across complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the end-to-end management of enterprise data and technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed to deliver impactful business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product managers, and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
+ Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable technology solutions supporting data transformation projects.
+ Manage stakeholder relationships, provide regular updates, and ensure transparency on project progress and risks.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in enterprise-level, technology-driven environments.
+ Strong technical expertise in AWS cloud services, serverless architectures, and microservices.
+ Deep experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with a focus on delivering business impact.
+ Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
