We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master and Process Coordinator to manage scrums, enforce processes, and coordinate sprint planning for system design and development. This role involves overseeing coding, integration, and testing to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead scrum meetings effectively.Enforce processes to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.Coordinate and manage sprint planning sessions.Oversee system design, development, coding, integration, and testing processes.

Essential Skills

General knowledge of software design and development processes.Experience with JIRA software for project management.Proficiency in enforcing processes and conducting sprint planning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.Experience with AGILE Development Process and backlog grooming.Knowledge of C++ and Linux is desired.Experience with implementing Agile ceremonies.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Liverpool, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
