Job Description A customer is seeking an onsite Scrum Master. Agile Facilitation & Leadership - Serve as Scrum Master for a cross‑functional Scrum team consisting of onshore and offshore Developers and Testers. - Guide the team in Agile/Scrum and Scrum‑ban principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor team health, performance, and Agile maturity; create a safe and productive environment through effective conflict resolution. Delivery Management - Manage delivery timelines, team capacity, and sprint commitments to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery. Track and report weekly project statuses, sprint metrics, team throughput, and risks. - Act as the primary point of coordination between the Scrum team, product partners, and external teams. - Proactively identify and remove impediments to keep work flowing smoothly. - Adjust priorities and respond quickly to emerging challenges in a dynamic environment. Cross‑Team Collaboration - Work closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and progress. - Ensure seamless communication across feature teams, leadership, and partner teams. - Support the setup and scaling of new Scrum teams, including onboarding geographically distributed team members. - Can pay $45-50/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role. Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrum‑ban, and Agile development methodologies. - Demonstrated experience standing up or supporting new Scrum teams, including distributed (onshore/offshore) teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while balancing multiple priorities.
