Our client is seeking a Digital Transformation Scrum Master with experience in Banking or Financial Services.

this role is fully remote and the max pay rate is $58/hr. The contract length is 1 year with the expectation to extend.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Agile delivery with 3+ years as a Scrum MasterProven experience leading multiple Agile pods in complex, enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage dependencies across multiple teams and platforms

Preferred Skills

Exposure to large-scale banking transformation or modernization initiatives
