Scrum Leader
CTG is seeking to fill a Scrum Leader position for our client. Location: Remote Duties: Facilitate Scrum workflows, ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products. Guide, coach, and develop Scrum Teams to achieve high performance. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure successful product delivery. Ensure adherence to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and domain knowledge. Influence decision-making and support product teams through collaboration with stakeholders. Resolve team impediments to increase Scrum effectiveness. Contribute to the improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Required Skills: Deep knowledge of Scrum and the software development life cycle. Skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Strong planning, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Cultural awareness and interpersonal networking abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in highly regulated industries. Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for running sprints, creating burn down charts, and developing user stories from Epics. Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master certification. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Agile/Scrum leadership roles. Proven experience guiding Scrum Teams to high performance. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
