This role focuses on consistent machine operation, quality checks, and making adjustments to keep production running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on with tooling and materials while supporting team production goals. This position is well-suited for mechanically minded individuals looking to grow their skills in screw machining.ResponsibilitiesOperate Acme and Davenport screw machines during assigned shiftLoad bar stock, replenish fluids, and remove chips to maintain machine performancePerform basic machine setups, including tooling changes and adjustmentsInspect parts to ensure quality and specification requirements are metAssist teammates with troubleshooting, tool changes, and routine maintenanceQualifications and RequirementsMechanical experience in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, or related trade workAbility to perform basic math for measurements and machine adjustmentsComfortable working with tools, machinery, and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsProblem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processesBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $21/hourMedical Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsHolidays: Paid holidays upon eligibilityTraining & Growth: Hands-on training with advancement opportunitiesYour New OrganizationYou’ll join the Screw Department in Hamilton, Ohio, where teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement are part of the daily culture.
