Job Title: Screw Machine Operator

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Range: $21/hr

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4pm-2am, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

Perform machine setup and operation of Acme and Davenport screw machines Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from machines to ensure smooth operation Adjust tooling, sharpen tools, and perform tool changes to meet quality standards Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime Support team members by sharing knowledge and training on machine setup and operation

What's Needed?

Relevant work experience in maintenance, mechanics, automotive mechanics, or completion of trade school Ability to perform basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using tools and machinery Good reasoning skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively within a team environment
