Job Title: Screen Room Operator Shift
Job Description
As a Screen Room Operator on the 5th Shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality standards of our production processes. You will be responsible for operating machines in a clean, main room setting, adhering to work instruction standards, and ensuring that all equipment meets quality control standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machines such as scalper, classifier, sweco, and rotex, following work instruction standards.Disassemble, clean, and reassemble main room machines and containers to quality control standards, including storage bins and revert bins.Adhere to 'clean as you go', CORE, and FOD expectations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.Essential Skills
Experience in a production setting as a general production worker, machine operator, or plant laborer.Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival each day.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in a related field.Eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations required.Why Work Here?
