**Job Title: Screen Room Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Screen Room Operator, where you will operate and maintain machinery in a clean and efficient environment. Your role will involve ensuring machines meet work instruction standards and maintaining quality control. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines such as scalpers, classifiers, sweco, and rotex in accordance with work instruction standards. + Disassemble, clean, and reassemble main room machines and containers to meet quality control standards. + Adhere to 'clean as you go' policies, CORE and FOD expectations. + Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a production setting as a general production worker, machine operator, or plant laborer. + Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds. + Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work each day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with cleanroom operations, blueprint reading, machine operating, assembly, quality control, and general labor. + High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline. + Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, leave, PTO, and profit sharing/stock buying options.
