**Job Title: Screen Room Operator - 5th Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Screen Room Operator on the 5th shift, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines in a clean room setting. This role requires adherence to work instruction standards and quality control measures, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness of equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines such as scalpers, classifiers, swecos, and rotex in accordance with work instruction standards. + Disassemble, clean, and reassemble main room machines and containers to meet quality control standards. + Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to 'clean as you go', CORE, and FOD expectations. + Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a production setting as a general production worker, machine operator, or plant laborer. + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. + Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality. + Proficiency in cleanroom procedures, blueprint reading, machine operation, assembly, quality control, and general labor. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline. + Eligibility as a U.S. Person or ability to obtain necessary export authorizations. **Why Work Here** Experience excellent benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage, paid time off, and profit sharing/stock buying options.
